Ogden Family Sneak Peek

Had a great morning last Sunday

with the Ogdens in Mayfield Park.

The shoot went great.

It is nice to work with artsy folks

for two reasons.

1. They rarely need to be told how to pose.

2.  Their propensity to do the unexpected.

this time with your family...

and for lunch at Chuy's afterwards.

Action Sampler Camera

The girl has been asking for

a camera of her own.

She was insistent that it must have

more than one lens.

So we settled on the Action Sampler by Lomography.

35mm film, four shots in one second,

simple.

I shot a roll of film to test it out before

she goes crazy with it.

I think she'll have a good time.

Wedding Rehearsal Dinner

I got the opportunity to shoot a

wedding rehearsal dinner Friday night.

Certainly one of the more elaborate

and well hosted rehearsal dinners I've been to.

Great people, great scenery,

great Texas barbeque.

Back From A Break

So I lost a year's worth of pictures

a couple of weeks back.

Completely my fault

but it put a damper on my desire to post anything

for a while.

Mini Golfing

The girl and I went mini golfing the other day.

There is a great place in Austin called

Peter Pan Mini Golf.

It has been around since the late '40s.

As I was going through the pictures

the girl wanted to help with the editing.

Other than general consult,

she is responsible for the green hue of the third picture.

A great time was had by all.

My Parents

I love my parents.

They will be celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary

later this month.

Congratulations.

I have been so blessed to have been raised by them.

God is good.
